With the Student Install Option serial number, students will be able to download NI academic software and activate through the NI Activation Wizard. However, any “Research Only” AVL will not include student installs. Student installs can be included with any “Teaching Only” and “Teaching and Research” AVL contract. NI now offers Student Install Options for most teaching Academic Volume Licenses (AVL) to give students access to the same software used in the laboratory.
